Mr. Luciën Tjon

Mr. Luciën Tjon, A (Hakka) Chinese born in the capital of Suriname, Paramaribo in 1961. Currently the Chairman of Sino-Dutch Cultural and Economic Exchange Foundation. With more than 20 year experience in international investment and trade consulting. Mr. Lucien Tjon have established long-term friendly relationship with many governments and government officials. In recent years he have been cooperating with some of the largest Chinese investment firms and government departments. Some have appointed him as their honored senior strategic advisor. Mr. Tjon helps the foundation to bring together many regional and local government, overseas Chinese investors, financial institutions, research institutions and international friends groups.

Mr. Luciën Tjon came to the Netherlands after staying in Hong Kong for more than 12 years, Sind’s then he have been in the Netherlands for more than 36 years. In 1995 he established “Administratiekantoor Tjon BV”, an accounting house dealing with accounting, tax information and processing, financial and investment consulting. Later he founded Xin Yang international and ventured into international business development.

钟麟昌（Luciën Tjon), 客家人， 出生于1961年于苏里南首都帕拉马里博，在香港居住12年，后在荷兰定居36年有余，日前担任中荷文化经济关系基金会主席。

1995年成立钟麟昌会计所，主要业务涵盖会计，税务和咨询为客户进行财务分析，协助公司项目投资；提供荷兰税法信息，规划投资项目；提供财税评估等。

随后根据业务发展的需要，钟麟昌先生成立鑫洋国际有限公司以配合国际业务的进行；在国际贸易资讯领域有近20年的经验，曾担任国际商业平台中国部负责人，客户遍布世界多个国家，多个领域。

近年来，钟先生在中国贸易、咨询等领域也有了长足的发展，并与中国最大央企投资公司开展合作计划，也十分荣幸地成为了国内一个知名投资公司的高级战略顾问。该公司汇集了多个国家和地区的政府职能部门和王室贵族，以及全球100多个国家的华人华侨机构、国际友人团体、金融、财团与投资机构、科研院所等，成为全球最为庞大的国际经贸平台。同时，经过多年在国际商贸咨询领域中的经验积累，钟麟昌先生与多个国家的政府和政府官员建立了长期友好的关系。 此外，钟麟昌先生也积极的参与公益慈善事业，曾得到中国红十字会总会的表彰感谢。
